Questions travellers ask.
01How do I book a fixed departure?
Send the package name and your dates on WhatsApp or through the enquiry form. The office replies with seat availability, the hotel list and the final price for your dates, and takes it from there.
02Is airfare included?
It depends on the departure, and each package page says which. Most international holidays include return economy airfare — from Hyderabad, or from Mumbai on South African Splendour — while the Northeast India departure is a land package from Guwahati and Kimmane is sold with airfare ex-Hyderabad.
03Do you help with visas?
Yes. Visa assistance is part of the desk, and many packages include the visa or permits outright — the Vietnam e-visa, Bhutan SDF and permits, and the tourist visas on the Japan, Egypt, South Africa, New Zealand and Russia holidays. Where the visa fee is not included, the package page says so, as on Grand Türkiye.
04Can you plan something that is not on the calendar?
That is what MICE, destination weddings, cruises and custom groups are — planned to order. Tell the office the dates, the number of travellers and the occasion, and the reply comes with options and a quote.
05What does the published price cover?
The price on each card is the starting price per person for that departure, held for the date shown with it. What it covers is printed on the package page as an exact inclusions and exclusions list — and the office quote for your group follows that list.
06What about GST and TCS?
GST and TCS apply on top where the package says so — several inclusions print 5% GST and 2% TCS as per government norms. The final quote shows the applicable taxes.
07Where is the office?
Holiday Bazaar is in Himayat Nagar, Hyderabad — H.No. 3-6-385, 03rd Floor, Nagarjuna Jubilant, Himayat Nagar Main Road, Hyderabad 500029 — open Monday to Saturday, 10 am to 7 pm. The map is on the contact page.
